How does Slashy decide what reaches my inbox first?

Slashy auto-labels inbound mail into Important, Calendar, Billing, Newsletter, Order, Other, and Work, then surfaces the threads that need you first. The classification is behavior-trained, not a static rule set, so it learns from what you open, reply to, and ignore. The in-house memory system keeps adjusting as your patterns change, which is why the sorting gets more accurate over weeks rather than staying fixed at day one.

Does triage happen automatically or do I have to set up filters?

It happens automatically. You connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account and Slashy starts labeling and prioritizing without you writing filter rules. Outlook is coming soon. If you want to override a call, you can relabel a thread and the memory system takes that correction into account for similar future mail, so you are teaching the system rather than maintaining a brittle filter list.

Will triage get better the longer I use Slashy?

Yes. The memory system adapts continuously based on emails you send, receive, and respond to. Acceptance on AI-drafted replies climbs from around 30% on day 1 to over 80% by day 30 as the memory grows, and triage accuracy follows the same curve. A specialized memory agent organizes those signals so the prioritization reflects who you actually talk to and how fast you tend to respond.

Can I triage email from my phone?

Yes. Slashy works over iMessage and SMS, so you can triage urgent threads, draft replies, and check your calendar by texting rather than opening the app. The same memory layer powers those drafts, so a reply you send from your phone sounds like the ones you send from the desktop client. The Mac and iOS apps are both shipped.

What happens to email that never needed my attention?

Low-priority mail gets sorted into labels like Newsletter, Order, and Other so it stays out of your way without disappearing. Nothing is deleted. You can review any label whenever you want. The point of triage is not an empty inbox, it is making sure the threads that actually move your work forward are the ones in front of you first.

Is my email data used to train shared AI models?
